1. Refund & Returns Policy

Right to Cancel: You have a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return Process: Contact lorcanrh07@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Postage: The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please report faults within 30 days of receipt.

Exemptions: Items that have been used, assembled, damaged, personalised, or sealed items opened after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

2. Shipping Policy

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

UK Delivery: Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Tracked/Express delivery takes 1–2 business days.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses: The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels: Please contact us at lorcanrh07@gmail.com if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged.
