Lorcsfigures – Returns & Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day cancellation period.

Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will issue a full refund — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Postage Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty or not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. If a fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement first. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued. We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Exemptions The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty: items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery; personalised or custom-made items; sealed items that have been opened (if applicable).

Refund Processing Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
